Nos habla de los famosos barrios obreros de Londres y toda su problemática, una vez mas el grupo demuestra que canciones que son de años ya tan lejanos como los 60 sirven perfectamente para la tématica actual. El tema es en parte drámatico, pero con esa dosis de ironia, de socarroneria que Mr. Ray Davis realiza como nadie.
